RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Rosaleigh, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging attached
  • Free from marks, scents, or damage

Important:

  • Please ensure that all briefs are tried on over your own underwear.
  • Avoid wearing any make-up, deodorant, or perfume that could leave marks or scents on the garment.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on briefs, bodysuits, or hosiery.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Contact our Customer Care team at returns@rosaleigh.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Retain proof of postage, as Rosaleigh cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original method of payment within 7–10 working days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will not be made to third parties
  • Any discounts, offers, or free gifts applied at checkout will be adjusted accordingly

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

A small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return postage.

If the item received is faulty or incorrect, Rosaleigh will cover the return cost in full.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Every Rosaleigh piece undergoes strict quality control.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us at support@rosaleigh.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will arrange a replacement or refund.

Rosaleigh reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
